Customer Service Representative - Part Time Clinton, NJ 4:30AM-10:00AM 3 weekdays per week $18.00 per hour Don't miss out on a chance to join our third generation family-owned transportation company! As a part time customer service representative, you will regularly interact with customers to address questions and resolve issues regarding our daily service to major metropolitan areas and transportation hubs, local transit routes, and a variety of one-day and multi-day tours. Job Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service via phone, in person, and online reservation systems. • Provide schedules, tickets, and passes. • Address and resolve customer questions and concerns. • Open and close office including cash hour reports and cleaning procedures. Qualifications: • Proven ability to perform excellent customer service. • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with both customers and coworkers. • Customer-centric focus. • Knowledge of administrative computer programs and applications. • Attention to detail. • Proven excellent attendance record. • Ability to lift up to 15lbs. • High school diploma or equivalent.
