Virtual Assistant for Law Practice
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help keep our law practice running smoothly. Your primary role will be to manage communications, oversee client fulfillment tasks, and assist with administrative operations. This position allows you to work remotely with flexible hours while providing essential support to ensure our clients are well-served and satisfied.

Responsibilities
Daily Tasks (Approx. 10 Hours/Week)
Monitor & Respond to Communications (2x per day)
Check and draft AI-assisted responses for:
Emails
SMS via Dialpad
Facebook Messages
Live Chat
Review AI-generated responses as needed
Client & Case Management
Pull client credit reports
Infusionsoft (CRM) Tasks
Review new orders and enter payment plans
Follow up on failed payments
Complete assigned Infusionsoft tasks
Monitor Infusionsoft dashboard for updates
Check-in 1-2x per day
Weekly Tasks (Approx. 2 Hours/Week)
Prepare for KPI Meetings
Assist with Special Projects & Execution
Example: Facebook Ads, client agreements, and other tasks as assigned
Tools & Resources
Airtable & ClickUp for task tracking
AI tools for drafting responses
Training videos provided for each task
Accountability & Compensation
Must complete a daily form summarizing work
Part-time: 12 hours per week
Who You Are
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Tech-savvy, comfortable using Infusionsoft, AI tools, and communication platforms
Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
Experienced in administrative, legal, or customer service support (preferred but not required)
