About the role
The position is at a tech company. Our Talent Acquisition team is searching for a Senior Technical Recruiter needed to assist build our expanding center of excellence in Mexico City. This job will focus on hiring technical talent in Mexico and will work directly with our local engineering teams. The job will entail identifying and closing talent while developing clear hiring strategies and solid pipelines. It will be critical to be able to function efficiently inside our TA systems, according to all processes/policies and compliance standards while also serving as a resource for the team for hiring in the job market. A thorough awareness of the Mexican technical talent market, as well as good sourcing and closing abilities, are required.
Responsibilities
? Source technical expertise from a range of tools, with a heavy focus on both quality and quantity.
? Create repeatable and strong applicant pipelines of technical talent (mainly focused on engineering) for several roles concurrently.
? Become a subject matter expert for recruiting technical talent in Mexico.
? Define the hiring strategy for both individual positions and the area.
? Work closely with technical leadership to give updates and strategies.
? Organize recruiting and networking events for talent as required.
? Provide an amazing candidate experience for external talent and a high degree of customer care to internal stakeholders.
? Successfully close and onboard talent
Qualifications
? 5+ years of technical recruiting expertise with a strong track record of locating and engaging passive engineering candidates in Mexico.
? Significant experience building strategic sourcing and recruitment strategies.
? Fluency with ATS systems (preferably Greenhouse) and 3P tools (IE, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.)
? A data-driven attitude and the ability to use recruitment systems
? Deep understanding of the Mexican talent market and how to develop a pipeline inside it.
? Strong project management abilities and experience developing, improving, and iterating on recruitment procedures.
? Experience developing strong relationships with executives and talent.
? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
? Strong bargaining and closing abilities.
? Experience hiring for US-based firms in Mexico is beneficial.
? Passion for financial fairness and mobile technology.
Pay: $123k to $150k annually
