Let me start by re iterating this, we are looking for the best devs period. Talented organized and hard working.
We are trying to build an app for a cleaning company, we have developers now, and its going decently well, but the last thing I don?t want is for a new developer to come in and trash their work, and want to restart. We want to add someone to the team to speed it up. Sort of a product manager, a go between for us who know the business and these devs we have overseas. There have been various challenges.
The tech stack is filament backend, react for the app, and the servers will be w aws. I know what we are building is gonna be great because we already have a successful track record and our company we are building it for will use the app and if it works for us, I know it will work for hundreds if not thousands of cleaning companies out there.
I am looking for someone to come on and learn the business first, then look at what we are building to help with the coding or what the other developers are working on, I am not sure if I am looking for a code reviewer, product manager, coder, but def with many years experience building successful apps, including seeing them go into growth mode.

We are laid back but also driven and goal oriented. So far we have weekly meetings to track all progress and one other coder gave us a trello layout and we would like for that to be where we track everything from here on out. We are 80% of the way or more thru the project and are excited. Give me your best pitch as to why we should hire you or work together.
THE PLAN
Come in meet the team, and help us get organized the other devs and the trello board, and get to know our product, we already have a really good one hour video review ready to go.
1.Create a company GitHub and migrate the current repositories.
2. Invite developers to Trello and assign tasks.
3. Reconfirm completed and pending tasks with developers.
4. Conduct daily standups on Slack.
5. Review developers? pull requests.
6. Prepare Google and Apple accounts for the MVP launch.
