What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Develop effective sales enablement practices for Retail colleagues and partners, including Wealth, PCRM, and Deposits
• Create and provide resources to branch colleagues to enhance customer engagement
• Support critical Retail initiatives such as Portfolio Mindset and Customer First
• Monitor the adoption and continuous improvement of sales practices to meet business needs
• Ensure colleagues are informed of process changes and marketing promotions

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Retail banking, specifically in strategy or development roles
• Proven experience managing and executing initiatives
• Strong acumen in Wealth and Deposits
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence others
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
