Job Overview
We are in search of a dynamic and client-focused Regional Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is essential to executing our growth strategy in the Oklahoma City area, where you will identify and secure new business prospects while fostering robust relationships with existing clients. This role requires a field-based presence, and candidates should reside in proximity to the designated market to ensure immediate response and build local alliances.
Key Responsibilities
? Territory Management:
? Manage and expand sales within your designated territory.
? Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities across diverse sectors, including automotive dealerships, fleet management, hospitality, healthcare, multi-family residences, and parking facilities.
? Business Development:
? Generate leads, schedule meetings, and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers.
? Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to successfully finalize sales.
? Customer Relationship Management:
? Serve as the primary liaison for clients in your area, delivering outstanding service and support.
? Develop long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
? Market Expertise:
? Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in your region.
? Provide valuable insights to internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
? Collaboration:
? Work closely with marketing, product, and sales leadership to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and messaging.
? Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events to exchange best practices and enhance your skill set.
? Performance Tracking:
? Achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives within your territory.
? Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Required Skills
? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
? Solid understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
? Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
? Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
? 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the EV, clean energy, technology, or related sectors.
? Documented success in relationship building, closing sales, and exceeding sales targets.
