Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Remote Office Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our legal staff and ensure efficient operation of the firm.
Responsibilities
? Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
? Handle correspondence with clients and other stakeholders via email and phone.
? Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
? Assist with client billing and processing invoices.
? Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information.

Requirements
? Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
? Strong organizational and time-management skills.
? Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
? Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
