Job Details

Qualifications:

? 7+ years minimum of experience
? Family law litigation and in-depth knowledge of at least 1-2 local counties? rules
? Experience with sophisticated, high asset cases and litigation
? Assisting attorneys in drafting pleadings, declarations, disclosures, interrogatories, discovery requests, motions, proposed orders, stipulations, under attorney supervision
? Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and Adobe
