? Educate callers by sharing up-to-date information based on client directives and healthcare knowledge.
? Document interactions meticulously, recording caller details and inquiries accurately within the system.
? Navigate call center technology proficiently, including phone systems and internet applications.
? Maintain excellence by meeting departmental metrics for customer service and quality assurance.
? Safeguard sensitive information by following established protocols for confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

? Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
? Prior Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one is a plus.
