Requirements: ? Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. ? Proficient in the use of online chat platforms and tools. ? Strong problem-solving skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
