As a Netflix Tagger, you?ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience by categorizing and tagging content accurately. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the ever-expanding library of Netflix originals and licensed content.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Curation: Watch and analyze a variety of TV shows, movies, documentaries, and other content available on Netflix. Tagging and Categorization: Assign relevant tags and categories to each piece of content based on its theme, genre, tone, and audience. Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency and accuracy in tagging to optimize content discovery for users worldwide. Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Content Acquisition, Editorial, and Data Analysis to maintain content quality and relevance. Feedback and Improvement: Provide insights and suggestions for improving tagging processes and enhancing user engagement. Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree in Film Studies, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong passion for film and television with a deep understanding of various genres, themes, and storytelling techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.
Prior experience in content curation, metadata management, or related fields is a plus.
