- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and coach a customer-focused environment to motivate teams and enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in identifying training needs and delivering appropriate training to staff
- Ensure agents recognize sales opportunities during problem resolution
- Analyze and prepare reports on team goal achievement, workflow, productivity, and performance
- Develop ongoing relationships with managers of key areas to ensure quality service delivery
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of people leadership experience with demonstrated coaching skills
- 1-3 years of branch operations experience including teller line
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Availability for a 40-hour work week with a schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday
- Must work 100% in-office

- Experience in a customer service-oriented role within the banking sector
- Familiarity with video communication tools and remote management
- Proven ability to develop and implement training programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
