We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote Customer Support team as a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat and telephone interactions. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from... you! Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat and telephone ? Provide timely and accurate information to customers ? Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed ? Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ? Strong problem-solving skills ? Proficiency with live chat and telephone support tools
