You will assist customers by answering their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.? *Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
