As a Kidman Agency Insurance Customer Service Representative you'll receive:
? Compensation: $50,000 - $54,000 base salary PLUS monthly bonus.
? Retirement: IRA with 3% company match.
? Paid Time Off (PTO) - 15 days available immediately upon hire (prorated based on the date of hire).

Insurance Customer Service Representative Requirements:* ? Insurance customer service experience (at least 1 year). ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Possess a willingness to learn and be teachable (no egos please). ? Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy. ? Possess a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone?s life through assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate coverages or products. ? MUST HAVE a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License.

Insurance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: ? Daily grow our agency through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service to existing members. ? Possess keen attention to detail in all customer interactions. ? Work with the agent to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals. ? Exhibit a strong work ethic ? Position will be approximately 90% service, 10% sales.
