Position Overview: We are seeking experienced banquet servers to work on a regular basis for our high-end events. As a banquet server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele. This position is on-call, allowing you the flexibility to pick and choose when you want to work. Responsibilities: ? Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications ? Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner ? Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and efficiently ? Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the banquet area throughout the event ? Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages ? Work closely with the event coordinator and other staff to ensure seamless execution of events Requirements: ? MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE ? 1 year of restaurant or catering experience ? Must have experience working weddings ? SERVE SAFE FOOD HANDLER CERTIFIED ? ALCOHOL HANDLER CERTIFIED ? Reliable work ethic and schedule ? White Bistro and Black Bistro Uniform.
