1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within customer service or hospitality.
2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and calm.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and industry-related software.
6. High level of organization and attention to detail.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. ? *Educational Qualifications:**
? A minimum of a Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

? At least 3 years of experience in guest services or hospitality management, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and customer satisfaction.
