Sunbelt is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Digital Special Education Teacher to join our team in providing exceptional educational services to K-12 students with mild to moderate diagnoses.

Responsibilities: As a Digital Special Education Teacher, you will: ? Deliver high-quality instruction and support to students with special needs through virtual platforms. ? Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the student's IEP team. ? Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and progress. ? Utilize technology effectively to enhance student engagement and learning experiences. ? Provide ongoing monitoring and support to ensure student success and progress. ? Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other members of the educational team to ensure the best possible outcomes for students. ? Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and participation.

Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred). ? Valid teaching certification in Special Education in the state of Washington. ? Previous experience working with students who have special needs in an educational setting. ? Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms and digital instructional tools. ? Experience in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing effective teaching strategies. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Technological proficiency and ability to troubleshoot common technical issues. ? Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup.
