Fraud and Cyber Crime Advisor
About the position
The Fraud and Cyber Crime Advisor role at Concentrix is a customer service position focused on supporting victims of fraud and cyber crime. As the first point of contact, the advisor will gather essential information for investigations while providing compassionate assistance to callers. This work-from-home opportunity requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills, as some reports may be used in court cases.
Responsibilities
? Take inbound calls from victims of fraud and cyber crime.

? Gather relevant information for subsequent investigations.

? Record all information accurately onto the systems.

? Provide professional and caring support to victims.

? Escalate issues when necessary to ensure appropriate support is provided.
Requirements
? Experience in customer service, preferably via telephone or face-to-face.

? Strong IT skills to accurately record information.

? Excellent listening and questioning skills.

? Attention to detail is essential.

? Previous experience in a contact center is preferred.
