? Coordinate with travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure reservations and negotiate favorable rates for clients.
? Process payments, issue tickets, and confirm reservations for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
? Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records, updating databases, and preparing travel documents.
? Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
