As an Email / Chat Support Fresher, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer support through email and chat channels. ? Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance
? Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and achieve team goals
? Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and latest customer support techniques
? Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer queries, comments, and complaints
