- Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems. This role requires proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks...Duties:
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and update spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic math and data entry
- Familiarity with databases and office software (e.g., Excel)
- Knowledge of pivot tables and order entry systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills
