What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via chat, email, or phone
? Manage client incidents and requests through to resolution
? Provide first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support as well as technical expertise to answer customers' questions
? Drive customer adoption and support ad-hoc training
? Prepare FAQs, upgrade notes, articles in Knowledge Base, and document support related to processes and activities

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
? Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
? Exceptional phone and listening skills
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
? Proficiency in using customer support tools and technology

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in a customer support role or similar field
? Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and diagnostics
? Experience in preparing documentation and training materials
? Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
