Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat ? Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns ? Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner ? Provide support to the sales team with order processing and account management ? Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? 1-2 years of customer service experience ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ? Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
