The Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative provides advocate care to assist members with their health needs, ensuring they understand their benefits and claims.

? 1-3 years of customer service experience required
? Behavioral health experience preferred
? High School Diploma or GED required

Requirements
? 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
? Experience in a Call Center atmosphere
? Preferred: Previous Behavioral Health experience
? Preferred: Medical or Insurance background
? Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
