Caarya has partnered with CareerIreland, a rapidly growing company based in Dublin, Ireland, specializing in global immigration solutions. CareerIreland is hiring full-time Customer Operations Associates to support its expanding operations.
As a Customer Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer communications, managing documentation processes, and supporting back-office operations.
?? What You?ll Do
? Customer Support: Respond to customer queries via email in a professional and timely
manner.
? Documentation Review: Process and verify customer documents related to visa and
immigration services.
? Backend Operations: Handle paperwork, maintain records, and ensure accurate filing
of immigration-related applications.
? Digital Workflow Management (good to have): Use AI and other digital tools to
enhance efficiency in documentation and customer communication.

? Salary: ?30,000 per month
? Contract Duration: 3 months (Probation Period - post which contract will be renewed based on performance)
