Customer Care Advocate - REMOTE

The Opportunity:

As a Customer Care Advocate, you will be the voice of our company, providing friendly and efficient assistance to our valued customers.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
? Answer inbound calls from customers with empathy and professionalism.
? Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns.
? Provide accurate information and clear explanations regarding products and services.
? Guide customers through processes and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
? Document all customer interactions with detail and accuracy.
? Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences.
? Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions.
What You Bring:
? Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
? A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding customer service.
? Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
? Comfortable navigating computer systems and multiple applications.
? A positive attitude, work ethic, and a team-oriented spirit.
? Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not always required - we offer comprehensive training!
