What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance for services such as towing, locksmith, fuel, and minor mechanical issues
? Assess the nature of the member's distress and ensure their immediate safety while documenting details accurately
? Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls
? Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process
? Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
? Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
? Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
? Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
? Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
