About the position
The Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at Total Tech Solutions, Inc. is responsible for providing customer and technical support for display products such as TVs and monitors. This role involves assisting customers in the US and Canada through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities
? Provide customer and technical support for display products through incoming calls and internet requests.

? Issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers.

? Gather and resolve Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
Requirements
? Fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills.
