About the position
The Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at Total Tech Solutions, Inc. is responsible for providing customer and technical support for display products such as TVs and monitors. Responsibilities
? Provide customer and technical support for display products through incoming calls and internet requests.

? Issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers.

? Gather and resolve Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
Requirements
? Fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills.

? Understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac) is a plus.
