Temporary Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) - Remote (Puerto Rico) (3 Months)
Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. This remote position involves managing a phone switchboard and ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate extensions.
Key Responsibilities: ? Answer and manage incoming calls on the phone switchboard. ? Direct calls to the appropriate extensions or departments. ? Provide accurate information to callers when necessary. ? Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. ? Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements: ? Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. ? Excellent communication skills. ? Strong customer service orientation. ? Positive attitude and willingness to learn. ? No prior experience required.

Compensation: $13 - $14 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
