As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with customers and service providers to ensure a seamless experience. What You'll Be Doing As a Remote Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing exceptional customer service and support. Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling. Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions. Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers. Collaborating with a fully remote team, utilizing technology for team communication, training, and meetings. Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Able to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern. Confidence in handling incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous. Ability to track multiple issues at the same time and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve software malfunctions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work efficiently with a remote team. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be a resident of Arizona. Have a computer and quiet workspace. Have a reliable internet connection.
