As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work closely with our team leaders to deliver a safe and exceptional airport experience to our customers. You'll be expected to have a broad understanding of all areas of customer service and work flexibly across all functions, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing consistently excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience at all contact points * Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing * Working closely with and taking instructions from team leaders responsible for the flight/works areas/shift * Conducting relevant administrative tasks, such as Atac, preflight, and post-flight departure * Representing blithequark by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times * Promoting and selling blithequark services and products to our customers * Attending and completing all mandatory training by given deadlines * Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times * Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post **All You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent interpersonal skills * A solution-oriented approach * The ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints * The capacity to handle a stressful environment effectively and work with minimum supervision * A strong customer focus and experience with face-to-face contact with customers * The ability to be a representative of the organization at all times * A well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards at all times * The capacity and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank, and public holidays * Reliability and punctuality * Compliance with all blithequark guidelines and policies * The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard * A valid BAA airside pass * GSAT training * The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training * A valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required * The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required **Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience** * PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email **Experience Free to Be Yourself at blithequark** At blithequark, we're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment where our team members can thrive.
