TaxSlayer Pro is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team for the 2025/2026 tax season. Our teams will begin in late December, apply early to secure your spot! Position Overview As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, youll be the voice of TaxSlayer, helping customers navigate their tax filing experience with confidence and ease. This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak season. Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary • Maintain accurate customer records in the support system • Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs • Meet performance goals for response time, satisfaction, and quality • Stay informed about TaxSlayer products and services • Follow company policies, including privacy and data protection • Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred • Previous customer support or related experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Comfortable using customer support software and systems • Professional and empathetic in challenging interactions • Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download) • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Nice-to-haves • Experienced tax professionals • Desktop computer tech support specialists • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus Apply tot his job
