Systems Analysis Advisor - Express Scripts - Remote

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Systems Analyst Advisor to help build automated processes that streamline internal operations — improving turnaround time, accuracy, and productivity to deliver greater value to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with operations, product owners, and developers to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions. Success requires a strong technical foundation, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. Qualifications: • 3 plus years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar technical role • Strong analytical skills with experience in ETL, SQL, BI tools, and data mapping • Experience with Ab Initio (Express>It, Metadata Hub, BRE) is a plus • Familiarity with cloud and big data technologies (e.g., AWS, Hadoop, Kafka, REST APIs) • Exposure to programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript, React) • Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Key Responsibilities: • Develop a deep understanding of current system processes and automation capabilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, functionality, and timelines for automation efforts • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories • Design and document solutions that align with business goals and system architecture • Serve as a liaison between operations and development teams throughout the project lifecycle • Contribute ideas to improve design efficiency, reusability, and delivery speed • Support testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of automated capabilities Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field preferred If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 103,700 - 172,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
