As a Senior Analyst - Category Experience, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and updating mid-funnel category content to drive navigation, education, and inspiration, ultimately instilling customer trust and accelerating the path to purchase. This role requires a unique blend of analytical acumen, business savvy, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional partners and merchants. Key Responsibilities Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer information, including external data, internal research, site behaviors, and post-transaction data to identify significant opportunities to improve the customer experience across categories (40% of the role). Tactical Execution: Identify opportunities to improve taxonomy, purchase path (search and navigation), data content, SEO, and post-transaction results through tactical execution (30% of the role). Promotional Activity: Execute system changes for promotional activity to support merchandising initiatives and events (15% of the role). Taxonomy Changes: Develop and execute taxonomy changes in the system necessary to support new onboarding and business changes (15% of the role). Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in areas such as customer experience, product content optimization, product management, financial analysis, business analysis, or data analytics. Proven results in driving customer satisfaction through data-driven decisions. Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional partners. Ability to use data to understand customer behavior and draw actionable insights. Strong project planning skills to manage deliverable timelines. Advanced analytics aptitude and basic technical aptitude with web-based tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: A track record of taking ownership and driving results in a retail e-commerce environment. High comfort level with working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Ability to solve complex problems. Strong attention to detail.
