Sales Development Representative

MediaNews Group is looking for driven individuals to join Adtaxi as Sales Development Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and driving sales growth through strategic outreach and engagement with potential clients. Responsibilities Proactively research and target potential accounts and inbound leads, identify key decision-makers, and engage them through strategic outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels Generate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with Adtaxi's services, creating opportunities for the sales team to close Conduct high volumes of outreach to engage prospects, spark interest, and address their unique business challenges Skillfully handle rejection, navigate objections, and persistently work towards setting up sales opportunities Cultivate trust and rapport with prospects to become a valued resource and advisor Log all prospect interactions in Salesforce to enable clear visibility into the pipeline and seamless lead handoff Consistently meet or exceed qualified goal opportunities, contributing to company revenue objectives Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams to continuously improve outreach strategies and messaging Skills Experience in paid digital media or willingness to enter the field Proactively research and target potential accounts and inbound leads Identify key decision-makers and engage them through strategic outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels Generate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with Adtaxi's services Conduct high volumes of outreach to engage prospects and address their unique business challenges Skillfully handle rejection and navigate objections Cultivate trust and rapport with prospects Log all prospect interactions in Salesforce Consistently meet or exceed qualified goal opportunities Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams Positive, professional, and energetic demeanor Strong listening, writing, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable with handling rejection and learning from setbacks Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively Precision in updating lead records and ensuring high-quality interactions Enthusiasm for learning about digital marketing trends, tools, and solutions Ability to manage a large volume of leads while executing consistent outreach Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with standard corporate productivity tools 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience required Benefits Medical Dental Life and disability insurance 401k Paid time off Select paid holidays Company Overview MediaNews Group is in local, multi-platform news and information.
