RxHealing is hiring: Remote Care Specialist in Fort Wayne

Remote Full-time
JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Remote Care Specialist Location: Fort Wayne, IN (On-site) Reports to: Chief of Staff Company: RxHealing About RxHealing RxHealing is a rapidly growing healthcare solutions company leading the way in advanced wound care, regenerative medicine, and remote patient care. Our mission is to transform healthcare through innovative technology and heart-led care — empowering providers, pharmacies, and patients through compliant, outcomes-based programs like APCM, RPM, and RTM. At RxHealing, our purpose is clear: put patients first. By staying privately held, we stay focused on outcomes, not investor profits. We’re building the largest, most compliant medical sales force in the country, one that creates opportunity for new reps, supports providers, and ultimately helps more patients get the care they deserve. This is the future we’re building together. Position Overview We’re seeking a Remote Care Specialist to join our leadership and training team. This role is a mix of education, onboarding, and program enablement, helping qualified healthcare professionals successfully launch and manage remote care programs under CMS guidelines (APCM, RPM, RTM, CCM). You’ll be the internal Remote Care Specialist of RxHealing — leading provider onboarding calls, explaining compliance and billing in plain language, and partnering cross-functionally to make remote care simple, compliant, and scalable. Key Responsibilities - Provider Onboarding & Training • Lead virtual and in-person onboarding sessions for pharmacies, qualified healthcare professionals, and clinical teams. • Walk partners through patient flow, documentation, and billing for APCM, RPM, RTM, and telehealth programs. • Develop and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations, FAQs, and training guides for both providers and internal teams. • Create scalable workflows and playbooks that simplify compliance and improve provider success. Program Design & Workflow Support • Design and refine clinical workflows, like APCM, RPM, and RTM programs. • Collaborate with technology partners to ensure software workflows align with CMS requirements. • Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for provider implementation and pharmacy collaboration. Compliance & Billing Guidance • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert (SME) on: • Medicare FFS and MA billing rules. • Copay handling, QMB/dual eligibles, and Medigap coverage. • Documentation and patient eligibility requirements under CMS. • Work with leadership and legal to ensure all models remain compliant yet scalable. Support for Sales & Growth • Join sales or partnership calls as the clinical/billing expert to help close strategic accounts. • Equip field reps with clear talking points, objection handling, and compliance references. • Collect provider feedback to continuously improve workflows and messaging. Tracking & Engagement • Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress, provider status, and engagement. • Support long-term adoption and performance by checking in with providers post-launch. Qualifications Required • 3–5+ years of experience in Medicare-based remote care programs (e.g., APCM, RPM, RTM, CCM, TCM). • Strong knowledge of compliance in Medicare billing, processes and documentation, copay/eligibility rules. • Prior experience working with pharmacies, qualified healthcare professionals, or telehealth platforms. • Excellent presentation skills — confident with Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, and live training. • Ability to simplify complex CMS rules into clear, actionable workflows. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects independently. Preferred • Clinical background: PharmD, RN, NP, PA, or similar (not required if experience is strong). • Experience using or implementing Remote Care platforms • Proven ability to create training content, implementation guides, or SOPs. • Growth-company mindset: flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable “building as we go.” What We Offer • Competitive salary: $90,000–$100,000 • Bonus potential tied to provider onboarding and program success metrics. • Career growth within a rapidly scaling healthcare organization. • Mission-driven culture that leads with empathy and innovation. Ongoing professional development in telehealth, compliance, and leadership. Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
