[Remote] Vendor Operations Manager

TeamPeople is dedicated to providing superior customer service and is seeking a Vendor Operations Manager to support the Enterprise Marketing Organization. This role involves managing third-party vendor portfolios, ensuring compliance and effective communication, and optimizing vendor relationships to enhance marketing operations. Responsibilities • Oversee assigned areas of Enterprise Marketing’s Third-Party Portfolio • Support Third Party Engagement Managers (TPEMS) with contract management, data transmission, issue remediation, and education • Identify opportunities to optimize the vendor portfolio, eliminate duplication, and streamline processes using data-driven recommendations • Serve as a conduit to the Third Party Management team and support governance routines, including Third Party Risk Council Governance • Vet, onboard, and offboard new and existing third-party vendors • Act as the primary point of contact between TPEMS, Enterprise Data teams, Global Third Party, and Risk partners • Deliver ongoing reporting related to vendor operations, aggregating data from multiple sources and providing insights and recommendations Skills • Expertise in vendor management, vendor operations, or similar function • Strong understanding of risk assessment and relevant controls within vendor relationships • Ability to support marketing teams in fostering productive and compliant vendor partners • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of marketing operations and marketing processes preferred • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • 5+ years of experience in vendor operations management, marketing operations, project management, or related backgrounds preferred Benefits • Health and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans • Participation in a 401(k) plan Company Overview • From the highly creative to the intrinsically technical, our passion is building successful communications teams world-wide with our flexible and scalable approach.
