Job Title: Remote Sales Operations Assistant (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,000 - 1,500 USD/month depending on experience paid via direct deposit Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time Job Overview: Our client is a nationwide security technology integrator delivering security cameras, access control, structured cabling, and AI-driven “vision intelligence” solutions for multi-site businesses across QSR, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, retail, and more. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Operations Assistant to support our client's Director of Sales by keeping the pipeline clean, the CRM up to date, and all sales activities running smoothly. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is tech-savvy, fast, and comfortable operating in a SaaS-like sales environment. Responsibilities: • Own HubSpot: update deals, log notes, prioritize tasks, track follow-ups, and maintain complete pipeline accuracy. • Manage Outlook inbox, triage emails, and draft professional follow-up messages. • Oversee scheduling using Teams and maintain an organized calendar. • Use AI meeting tools (e.g., Fellow) to review recordings and extract action items. • Track deliverables and ensure nothing is missed across active deals. • Assist with light Apollo or LinkedIn research to support deal movement. • Maintain organized documents, workflows, and sales support materials. Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies: • Excellent written and verbal English. • Strong experience with HubSpot (non-negotiable). • Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and modern productivity tools. • Highly proactive — able to take initiative, anticipate needs, and catch issues early. • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail. Nice to have: • Apollo experience • LinkedIn research • SaaS or B2B sales support background • AI tool fluency (ChatGPT).
