[Remote] Pre-Sales Engineer (M/F/D)

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will provide technical support to the sales team, deliver product demonstrations, and guide customers through Proofs of Concept while collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success. Responsibilities • Lead and execute technical Proofs of Concept (PoCs) with prospects and partners • Provide technical training and enablement to customers and partners • Deliver product demos, technical presentations and workshops tailored to specific use cases on all levels • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management and Engineering to ensure customer success • Act as the technical lead in responding to Request for Proposal (RFPs), including the preparation of detailed technical proposals and alignment of VMRay solutions with customer requirements • Represent VMRay at security conferences, trade shows and community events worldwide • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on malware analysis, threat detection and incident response • Gather field intelligence to help shape product strategy and roadmap Skills • University degree in Computer Science, IT Security or comparable practical experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, preferably in roles involving technical consulting or solution engineering • Proven expertise in malware analysis, threat hunting, threat intelligence, incident response or reverse engineering • Experience in responding to RFPs and preparing comprehensive technical documentation • Deep knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) including administration and security aspects • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent English skills, written and spoken - You are confident using English in daily communication as well as in creating and reviewing documents, reports and presentations • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally • Self-driven, highly organized and customer-focused Benefits • Competitive Salary and benefits • Career opportunity, advancement and development • Regular company celebration events • Achievement, recognition and awards • Be part of a dynamic hyper-growth, exciting team • Flexible remote working Company Overview • VMRay Analyzer is a breakthrough solution for dynamic analysis of advanced threats, including zero day and targeted attacks.
