[Remote] Analyst, Care Associate Behavioral Health

This non-clinical role involves processing clinical requests, assisting clinical staff, and managing administrative tasks to ensure optimal member care. Responsibilities This is a non-clinical position on the Autism Care Team providing support and service to the behavioral health clinical autism teams in support of optimal member care and provider partnerships Process and record receipt of clinical requests and assign for review Facilitate follow-up calls for additional information from providers Assist clinical staff in locating services for members through provider searches Provide information to clinical staff regarding results of provider or resource searches Monitor fax/email mailboxes and tasking buckets Submits PIN requests for providers not listed in the system Assigns cases to clinicians Collaborates with clinical staff on administrative processes Forwards documents to be attached to clinical cases Creates new cases based on new requests May participate in reporting or data collection with projects Skills 1+ year(s) working with Behavioral Health Required to use a residential broadband service with internet speeds of at least 25 mbps/3 mbps in order to ensure sufficient speed to adequately perform work duties Ability to work Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm PST/MST High School Diploma or GED Highly proficient in keyboarding skills and working with multiple systems Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Medcompass and/or CEC Benefits Affordable medical plan options 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) Employee stock purchase plan No-cost programs for all colleagues including wellness screenings Tobacco cessation and weight management programs Confidential counseling and financial coaching Benefit solutions that address the different needs and preferences of our colleagues including paid time off Flexible work schedules Family leave Dependent care resources Colleague assistance programs Tuition assistance Retiree medical access and many other benefits depending on eligibility Company Overview CVS Health is a health solutions company that provides an integrated healthcare services to its members.
