About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files with accuracy and attention to detail. Copy, collate, and prepare reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence in a timely and efficient manner. Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Work independently to identify and solve problems, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with accuracy and speed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Basic understanding of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and other administrative tools. Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems, including recordkeeping and filing. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
