Paid Media Manager (Agency Experience Required) We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our fast-paced digital agency team on a contract basis. You’ll manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads, helping us deliver measurable growth for our clients. If you’re a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in paid social and paid search, and a passion for driving performance through creativity and data — we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing - Develop and execute paid media strategies that drive measurable ROI for client campaigns. - Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring all campaigns meet key KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, LTV). - Create, brief, and optimise ad creative and copy across multiple channels. - Report performance results with clear insights and recommendations. - Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to refine strategy and performance. - Stay up to date on new technologies and tools (e.g. AI Max, Smart+, Advantage+) that enhance campaign performance. Skills & Experience - 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns in an agency environment. - Proven success delivering results through Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Strong grasp of campaign analysis, forecasting, and optimisation. - Excellent communicator who can simplify complex data for clients. - Comfortable using tools like GA4, Supermetrics, Funnel, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. - Bonus: confident in contributing to pitch decks and helping win new clients.
