Manager, Digital Strategy – Brand Portfolio

Description: • The Manager, Digital Strategy (Brand Portfolio) will be responsible for the digital performance and strategy for a specific brand portfolio(s) at Hyatt (i.e. Luxury, Lifestyle, Classics, Essentials, or Inclusive Collection) and be a part of the Global Digital Strategy & Go-to-Market team. • The Manager will be responsible for supporting commercial performance with emphasis on growth (room nights, revenue) of direct digital channels (Hyatt.com and App), creating documentation and training materials, field communications, cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Analytics, Digital Content, Marketing, Revenue, Loyalty and other departments, developing strategy playbooks, and educational presentations/webinars on best practices for hotels in assigned portfolio. • This role will create analytics dashboards to monitor KPIs and analyze impact, provide performance reports/updates, and more. • This role is responsible for managing this work along with providing actionable solutions for improvement with the goal of helping empower stakeholders across the organization with digital adoption. • Engage with key brand portfolio stakeholders to understand digital needs, provide feedback internally on unique portfolio needs, and maintain strong relationships across organization to help drive digital adoption and growth across assigned portfolio(s). • Partner with key departments within the global Digital team (media, content, analytics, product, etc) to develop strategies and execute on critical initiatives that are aimed at improving direct channel performance (room nights and revenue) within assigned portfolio. • Create field facing presentations and lead in-person meetings and/or webinars to share applicable updates/best practices with hotels and what they should be taking advantage of to drive performance. • Create analytics dashboards and performance reports to monitor assigned portfolio performance to measure impact and routinely report out on wins and areas of opportunity within portfolio. • Become an expert in Hyatt’s owned digital tools and platforms in order to assist with enablement. Collaborate with internal teams on training documentation and product enhancements/feedback. • Ability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment. • Ability to travel as required on a national basis (up to 20%). Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in commercial performance strategy related roles including field marketing, analytics, content strategy, paid media, eCommerce, merchandising, advertising, or digital operations (prior hospitality experience preferred). • Strong understanding of digital ecosystem and how all aspects of paid, earned, and owned channels & strategies drive guest preference, bookings, revenue, and loyalty. • Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional team leadership skills. • Experience and comfortability working with corporate/above property and hotel-level colleagues. • Knowledge of content management systems, digital asset management systems, and personalization strategies. • Knowledge of key digital marketing channels including paid search, SEO, metasearch, display advertising and social media. • Knowledge of consumer booking journey, travel trends, consumer segmentation, and loyalty programs. • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini and general understanding of this emerging technology. • Experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive ownership and completion of critical tasks that ladder up larger complex projects. • Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative mindset. • Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
