Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and deliver presentations to pitch company products and services to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable partnerships. Track and report on key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.
