Are you ready to join an expanding online shoe retailer as a Web Chat Operator? This role is perfect for individuals looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, offering live chat sales and customer support directly on the retailer?s website. No prior experience? No problem! We provide full training, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home using just your phone or... laptop.

What you will be doing:
Your primary responsibility will be to log into the live chat portal each day, engaging with customers, answering their queries, and providing support. You?ll use the live chat software, which simplifies responding to common questions, and you?ll have the support of a chat supervisor for more complex inquiries. Training is concise and effective, setting you up for immediate start.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed:

Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
The ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions.
Available to work at least 5+ hours per week.
Stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 ? 40 hours, with flexibility.
