What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, handling tier 1 calls and accurately inputting information into various systems
• Utilize multiple systems to access necessary information for resolving customer inquiries and ensuring first-call resolution
• Determine appropriate follow-up procedures for calls in a timely manner
• De-escalate upset callers effectively to provide exceptional service promptly
• Assist with additional departmental duties as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Previous experience in a call center environment handling inbound calls
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Efficient data collection, interpretation, and typing abilities
• Excellent listening and empathy skills
• Proficiency in navigating multiple programs simultaneously
• Typing speed of 25 wpm or more
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and handle stressful situations
• Bilingual in English and/or Spanish
• High School Diploma or GED

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Additional language proficiency
