What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Develop strategic sourcing and recruiting plans by analyzing the talent market
? Utilize recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and TopFunnel to optimize candidate sourcing
? Source, screen, and close candidates for diverse technical positions
? Collaborate with client recruiting teams to enhance recruiting processes and implement scalable changes
? Accurately track and report recruiting data to inform strategy and performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 4 years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience, with some in-house experience
? Proven ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders, including interviewers and hiring managers
? Data-driven and problem-solving mindset in recruiting and stakeholder management
? Passion for team building and delivering excellent candidate experiences
? Strong desire to learn and stay curious about the recruiting landscape

? Experience working with a variety of technical roles and industries
? Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
? Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively
