Customer Service Rep
Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be the voice of the company, as they are the representative handling the inbound and outbound calls from our clients, insureds, and other external customers. Responsible for handling all inquiries including but not limited to phone calls and emails with timeliness and efficiency...
Essential Functions:
? Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails with efficiency and timeliness.
? Route calls to appropriate person and/or department as necessary.
? Escalate any customer/client/insured concerns to leadership as necessary.
? Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications.
? Inputting data into claim intake forms.
? Placing outbound phone calls directly to insureds as assigned.
? Providing support for a variety of administrative tasks.
? Communicating with RYZE adjusters to determine availability and suitability for certain claims.
? Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: ? High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred. ? 1-2 years of Customer Service experience. ? Good organization and time management skills. ? Analytical and proactive. ? Proficient oral and written communication is a must. ? Proficient computer & typing skills - working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook. ? Good organization and time management skills. ? Ability to speak Spanish a plus
