Customer Support Specialist

In addition to the core responsibilities, the Customer Support Chatbot Agent role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy... playing a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to Customer Queries: Interact with customers via our chatbot platform, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. ? Handle Customer Complaints: Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution while maintaining the company?s reputation. ? Provide Accurate Information: Deliver clear and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. ? Document Interactions: Log and document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company?s CRM system. ? Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure consistent messaging and efficient handling of customer inquiries. ? Undergo Training: Participate in the company?s comprehensive training program to gain the necessary skills and knowledge for the role. ? Adapt to New Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest chatbot and customer service technologies, ensuring the best possible service for our customers.
Qualifications: ? No Prior Experience Required: This role is open to individuals with no prior experience in customer service or chatbot operation. A willingness to learn and undergo training is essential. ? Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer usage, including navigating the internet, using email, and operating basic software applications. ? Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate responses clearly and professionally. ? Customer-Oriented Mindset: A genuine desire to help and assist customers, with a friendly and patient demeanor. ? Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to think critically and provide solutions to customer issues efficiently. ? Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. ?
